CERAM-A-STAR 950 Paint System LIMITED WARRANTY
ASAP METAL COMPONENTS, LLC
30 Year Film Integrity Limited Warranty

ASAP Metal Components, LLC (ASAP) and Akzo Nobel Coatings Inc, warrants the panels, effective from the date of shipment, will perform in accordance to the following Ceram-A-Star 950 Warranty:

PERFORMANCE SUMMARY

FILM INTEGRITY: The Paint will not peel, crack, check, or flake for a period of thirty (30) years for Sidewall and Roof panels providing that all conditions are met on the warranty dated 3/22/00 between ASAP and Akzo Nobel coatings Inc.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FAILED MATERIAL – If the panel finish fails to perform as indicated under the terms of Performance outlined above and in the warranty document between ASAP and Akzo Nobel Coating Inc., Akzo shall have no liability with respect thereto except, at its sole option to repaint, replace or restore the failed material. Repainting shall not necessarily be the Ceram-A-Star 950 paint system. In no event, however, shall ASAP or Akzo’s responsibility extend to any consequential damages or for any special, indirect or consequential loss of profits or any incidental, general, special or compensatory damages to anyone because such panels may have been nonconforming. In all cases, ASAP and Akzo reserve the right to approve and negotiate the contract for such repainting, replacing or restoring. The warranty on any repainted, replaced or restored-coated material supplied hereunder shall no be extended beyond that of the original factory- applied finish.

CLAIMS – Claims must be reported in writing to ASAP of this limited warranty within thirty (30) days after discovery of noconformance and akzo must promptly be afforded an opportunity to inspect the installation. The buyer has the responsibility to provide ASAP with a video and/or photographs of the claimed panels, as well as, all other adequate identification of the material, including the date of installation, order number, invoice number and date of shipment. A Copy of this document must be presented to ASAP at the time of claim. All notices given under pursuant to this agreement shall be in writing and sent by registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested to:
